We are committed to delivering dependable, high-quality service and are seeking an Area Supervisor/Quality Control Inspector to help maintain our standards across all assigned locations.

Requirements:Position Summary

The Area Supervisor/Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting unannounced quality inspections at bank locations, coaching janitorial staff, ensuring company standards are met, and helping maintain excellent customer relationships. This position requires independent decision-making, frequent travel, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct nightly inspections of assigned bank branches.
  • Perform quality control inspections using KBM standards.
  • Take time-stamped photos and complete inspection reports.
  • Coach and train janitorial staff when deficiencies are identified.
  • Verify that all cleaning tasks have been completed properly.
  • Ensure bank buildings are secure after cleaning.
  • Deliver cleaning supplies to employees as needed.
  • Respond to customer concerns and document corrective actions.
  • Report employee performance and recurring issues to management.
  • Cover cleaning shifts when necessary due to employee absences or emergencies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent KBM with clients.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous supervisory, janitorial, facilities management, or quality control experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Travel Requirements

This position requires travel between bank locations throughout:

  • Middle Tennessee
  • Birmingham, Alabama
  • Athens, Alabama
  • Decatur, Alabama

Occasional overnight travel may be required depending on inspection schedules and business needs.
