Job description

What You Will Do:
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for mission-critical applications.
  • Support incident management, problem management, and change implementation activities.
  • Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
  • Coordinate deployment support activities with development and cloud engineering teams.
  • Document root causes, operational procedures, and support processes.

What You Will Need:
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • US Citizenship is contractually required.
  • Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience.
  • Experience with application support or production operations experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with monitoring and ticket management systems.

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Experience supporting AWS-hosted applications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Basic scripting and automation experience.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$116,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
