Overview SkyBridge Aviation is actively seeking skilled Line Maintenance A&P Technicians to support a major, large-scale expansion at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) in Erlanger, Kentucky. Our client is a premier provider of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, supporting one of the world's largest dedicated midsize cargo aircraft fleets. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and operational readiness of wide-body cargo aircraft, primarily the Boeing 767 platform, which plays a critical role in global e-commerce and overnight logistics for major parcel carriers. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your expertise directly impacts on-time departures and global supply chains. We are looking for dedicated professionals who thrive in a dynamic line maintenance setting. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine line maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections on wide-body cargo aircraft (primarily Boeing 767 and Airbus platforms).
Execute real-time repairs to ensure safe and on-time aircraft departures.
Diagnose and resolve issues across various aircraft systems, including engines, landing gear, avionics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Work collaboratively with a team of technicians and leads to complete quick-turn fixes and scheduled checks.
Ensure all maintenance and documentation strictly adhere to FAA regulations, company standards, and OEM specifications. Minimum Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of prior aircraft maintenance experience.
Licensing: Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License is strictly required.
Environment: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive line maintenance environment.
Compliance: Must be able to pass all pre-employment screening requirements, including background checks and drug testing. Preferred Qualifications Experience performing line maintenance on commercial or heavy cargo aircraft.
Specific experience working with Boeing 767 or Airbus A321/A330 platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance documentation. Interview Process & Timeline Interview: A fast, single 15-minute Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager (camera is not required to be on).
Feedback: Rapid hiring process with candidate feedback provided as quickly as 24 hours after the interview. Formal hiring decisions are finalized weekly on Fridays at 3:00 PM.
