Job description

Do you love serving others as a LPN or Medication Aide and desire to work in a great environment with other people who love what they do? If so, prepare to make an impact through a person-centered and relational lens.

The Med Team member is responsible for administering daily/nightly medication to residents at Brow Wood and supporting the care team in meeting the needs of our residents.

Our Med Tech/CMAs or LPNs are tasked with providing leadership to our team and great care to our residents, primarily in the area of administering medications. We care for our elders the way a loving family cares for their own. In order to empower this level of care, individuals must be personable, professional, organized, dependable, and loving. We enrich lives by building meaningful relationships and encouraging our elders in all aspects of life.

Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed LPN or Medication Aide
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in medical and pharmacological terminology
