POSITION: Outside Sales Representative

SHIFT:Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Travel, as required)

SALARY: $65,000 - $75,000+ (DOE) + Commission & Company Provided Vehicle + Full Benefits Package

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 80%

Minnkota Windows is looking for a talented and motivated Outside Sales Representative, who will be responsible for promoting Minnkota Window products, searching for and finding new customers, and educating customers on window products and uses.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote Minnkota Window products, search and find new customers, and educate customers on window products and uses. Requires overnight travel on a weekly basis.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Promote and sell products to customers, dealers, and contractors.
  • Identify and develop new customer leads while promoting the company and its products.
  • Monitor industry publications, trade journals, and other sources to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and industry association meetings within the territory, state or region, to promote the company and its products.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective and existing customers, dealers, and contractors, including the use of presentation software as needed.
  • Analyze territory performance to identify trends and establish goals for the upcoming year's business plan.
  • Manage assigned territory by maintaining regular contact with customers, dealers, and contractors.
  • Schedule appointments and manage weekly travel and customer visit plans.
  • Provide weekly updates in the CRM system regarding travel activity, appointments, customer visits, and sales calls.
  • Submit weekly expense reports in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain prompt and dependable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
