Lifecycle & Outreach Manager

MyFunded Futures

Plano, TX • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted yesterday

Job description

At My Funded Futures, we're transforming the world of proprietary trading by giving traders the capital, tools, and community they need to succeed.
We blend innovation, transparency, and performance to create opportunity - helping traders scale faster and smarter. If you're passionate about fintech, financial markets, and data-driven growth, you'll fit right in.
Explore our open roles below and see how you can help us shape the future of funded trading.
Own the Inbox. Own the Relationship.
MyFundedFutures isn't just another prop firm. We're building the brand that funded traders actually want to hear from, and that means owning every email, every outreach sequence, and every touchpoint that keeps traders engaged instead of hitting unsubscribe. We move fast, we ship bold, and we don't do boring. If you're someone who can turn a cold list into a warm audience and a single email into a whole lifecycle, we want to talk to you.
The emails and outreach we send are often the most direct relationship we have with a trader, and how well we run that determines whether they stick around, come back, or tune us out completely. This role owns that entire channel, from strategy to the send button.
What You'll Do
  • Own email marketing and outreach strategy end-to-end: campaigns, lifecycle/automation flows, and list growth
  • Build and manage automated flows across the trader lifecycle: welcome series, onboarding, re-engagement, win-back, and payout/milestone triggers
  • Write and/or oversee email copy that matches our voice, not generic marketing-speak
  • Manage segmentation and targeting so the right message reaches the right trader at the right time
  • Own deliverability health: sender reputation, list hygiene, spam/compliance issues, and inbox placement
  • Partner directly with Marketing and Content teams to align email/outreach with broader campaigns and launches
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and content, and use the data to keep improving performance
  • Track and report on core metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion, unsubscribe/spam rate) and tie them back to business impact
  • Manage outreach efforts beyond email where relevant (e.g. SMS, direct outreach sequences) as the channel mix evolves
What You Bring
  • A track record of running email marketing and/or outreach programs, ideally in fintech, trading, or a high-volume consumer space
  • Strong copywriting instincts, or the judgment to manage copy that sounds human, not automated
  • Experience with email/marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or similar)
  • Comfort with segmentation, list management, and deliverability best practices
  • Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture. You don't need to be a trader, but you should get why this space is exciting
  • Sharp analytical instincts: you know what a healthy funnel looks like and can spot when something's off
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities across a small, fast-scaling company
  • A thrive-in-chaos mindset: you're energized by a small, fast-paced team where the best idea wins, not the loudest title
Bonus Points
  • Experience in fintech, trading, or another high-volume transactional email environment
  • Experience managing deliverability issues or rebuilding sender reputation
  • Familiarity with SMS or multi-channel outreach beyond email
  • A track record of lifecycle flows that measurably moved retention or reactivation
Why Us
  • Ground-floor opportunity to build and own the email and outreach function at one of the fastest-growing names in funded futures trading
  • A team that moves with startup speed and cares about doing things right
  • Real ownership: your campaigns will be the direct line between the brand and thousands of traders
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • A culture built on edge, execution, and no fluff
