Job description

Description

We're glad you found us.

Athena Care has been offering high quality, accessible mental health care for over twenty years. If there's one thing we've learned, it's that great care starts with great clinicians who actually feel supported - and every team member plays a role in the care for our patients. We're an insurance-based practice growing across Tennessee, and we're looking for a Clinical Outreach Associate who can help us introduce our services across the state!

We offer psychological testing, IOP/PHP, Spravato/IM Ketamine, TMS, psychotherapy, group therapy, and general psychiatry- often all under one roof. It's a lot - and it means our patients receive genuinely comprehensive care, and you get to contribute to our mission of increasing access to quality mental health services.

Someone who is passionate about mental health and can develop a robust referral network for our services. This person has strong interpersonal and relationship development skills, can identify qualified referral sources, understands and conveys clinical appropriateness, is tech savvy and highly organized.

What it's like to work here

We've worked hard to combine rigor and high-quality care with a fun and friendly work culture. At Athena Care we strive to offer the ideal balance of a small group practice feel on the ground with strong business expertise and technology behind the scenes. You contribute to the care of our patients while having an amazing, nurturing work team supporting you!

Operations & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contacts, outreach activities, referral source data, and pipeline activity and health within Athena Care's CRM system to report out to leadership.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging needs, competitive landscape, gaps in service access, and new market development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop service-specific collateral, digital assets, and campaigns that support outreach efforts.
  • Report out on KPIs including completed visits, referrals generated by source and service lines, and conversion rates.
