This often means setting clear, quantifiable goals or targets at the outset, with regular check-ins to ensure progress. Employees in these roles are usually given more autonomy over how they manage their time and processes, but are held accountable for meeting predefined objectives. Performance reviews often focus on outcomes, and successful employees are those who consistently deliver results on schedule and to the required standard.
