Clinical Director - Physical Therapist | Full-Time | Outpatient | 5286 Alexander Road Dublin, VA 24084

H2 Health is seeking a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient team in Dublin, Virginia. At H2 Health, you'll have the opportunity to combine patient care with leadership responsibilities in a collaborative outpatient environment. Our team treats a diverse patient population with orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, neurological, and mobility-related conditions. As Clinic Director, you'll play a key role in supporting clinicians, fostering a positive culture, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring patients receive individualized, evidence-based care that helps them return to the activities they enjoy most.

Your Role:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support for clinic operations and team development.
  • Mentor and support therapists and staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and clinical excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, patients, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Work within a manageable caseload environment while balancing leadership responsibilities.
  • Support clinic growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
