Position Summary:

The Fitting Manager will have a proven ability to lead a team of hardworking and passionate individuals. They will excel at communicating clear direction to team members that drive club fitting excellence. They will have the ability to maintain a strong presence to guarantee success in meeting all goals and metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach, manage and develop the Fitting Team
  • Ensure a full fitting schedule and staff accordingly
  • Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well to produce quality results
  • Share product knowledge with golfers while making personal recommendations based on talent and skill level
  • Work one-on-one with each golfer to ensure they receive exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions and resulting in dramatically improved performance
  • Direct the team to provide support to all other departments including Operations, Sales and DC teams during the off-season.
  • Ability to delegate as well as work alongside team members to provide the highest level of service to customers
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing rocks and to-dos as needed
  • Willingness to do what it takes to meet deadlines

Compensation:

  • Starting pay range is $66,000 - $96,000 based on previous experience.
