Job Description  


This is an Entry Level Manager position.  The outlet manager will be responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Director in overseeing the day-to-day operation in Coast Restaurant, Reflections Pool Bar and Banquet events.  We are looking for a manager who: 
•    Has the ability to provide guidance and an environment that leads to happy and productive employees.
•    Can conduct a variety of administrative duties that maximize the efficiency, productivity, and organization of the department and team.
•    Can establish, maintain and enforce company policies and standards so there is stability and standards that the employees can expect.
•    Are able to monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in restaurant. Ensure that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications. Interact with members to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in outlet.
•    Can assist in ensuring the restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and employees. Check that all equipment is in working order. Visually inspect and act to ensure that facilities in restaurant look appealing and attractive to guests.
•    Have experience with working 10-12-hour shifts 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates that demonstrate an interest in the hotel industry. The candidate should also have supervisory/management experience in full service restaurant/Hotel F&B. This highly motivated manager must be able to train and lead the team to exceed guest’s expectations.
