The Outlet Youth & Family Support is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. This full-time remote position requires dedication to patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. As part of our dynamic team, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, offering strategies and therapeutic interventions that promote healing and resilience.

Work Environment

This position will be primarily remote, offering flexibility to accommodate the varied schedules of our clients. As a part of our shared community health clinic model, you will be connected with a team of dedicated professionals committed to improving mental health outcomes. While your day-to-day activities will primarily occur online, you'll have access to ongoing support from our administrative team to ensure you can focus on providing the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, allowing for targeted and effective treatment.
  • Provide effective individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly outlined goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure the highest level of coordinated care and support for clients.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation opportunities, enhancing client engagement and therapeutic experiences.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in need.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality record-keeping.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at The Outlet, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications
