IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) for all F&B outlets including Terras, Lounge, In-Room Dining, Pools, and Seed Café.

  • Uphold and ensure brand standards for quality, presentation, and guest service across all venues.

  • Supervise and support F&B team members during service, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

  • Proactively resolve guest concerns or service issues in real-time, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

  • Conduct twice-daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and service priorities.

  • Monitor and ensure all team members receive and take their scheduled breaks in compliance with labor regulations.

  • Collaborate with outlet managers to manage ordering, inventory, and par levels to maintain adequate supplies and control costs.

  • Assist in training and onboarding of new team members to uphold CIVANA’s service culture and operational standards.

  • Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed in compliance with local and brand regulations.

  • Support overall resort initiatives, cross-departmental cooperation, and a culture of wellness and sustainability.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume or luxury F&B environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
