Job description

We're hiring General Laborers to support field maintenance crews with hands-on outdoor work. This role is ideal for reliable workers who don't mind physical labor and enjoy working outside in all conditions.
What You'll Do
  • Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas
  • Fill potholes and assist with basic road/ground repairs
  • Perform hand vegetation removal (brush, weeds, overgrowth)
  • Clean and clear ditches, culverts, and drainage areas
  • Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks
  • Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures
