ZLM Outdoor Living provides competitive benefits for dedicated employees, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid holidays and vacation days after the first year. We also love showing appreciation for our team through employee engagement dinners, relaxing nights out, or a casual lunch together.

If you are a detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and seeing beautiful outdoor spaces come to life, we'd love to hear from you. At ZLM, we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, integrity, and team culture - and we're looking for someone who shares those values.

  • Perform light carpentry work, including framing, trim, and finishing tasks to support custom builds.
  • Help install outdoor kitchens, appliances, and cabinetry, ensuring precision and functionality.

  • Collaborate closely with lead technicians and project managers to ensure each installation meets ZLM's standards of excellence.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and assist with loading/unloading tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and clients to ensure clear expectations and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work safely in outdoor environments year-round.
