ABOUT THE ROLE

Lee's Air, Plumbing & Heating is one of the Central Valley's most trusted home services companies and we're growing fast. We're looking for a skilled, driven Videographer to help tell our story and bring our brand to life on screen. In this role, you'll produce compelling video content that educates homeowners, celebrates our team culture, and showcases the craftsmanship behind every job we do. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video contentincluding customer testimonials, service walkthroughs, explainer videos, and company culture featuresthat reflects the Lee's Air brand.
  • Edit and post-produce footage using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) with strong attention to pacing, color, and audio quality.
  • Partner closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop content strategies, seasonal campaigns, and platform-specific assets.
  • Capture compelling photos and supplemental visual content for use across digital channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and the Lee's Air website.
  • Travel regularly throughout the Fresno metro area and broader Lee's Air locations to film on-location at job sites, customer homes, and company eventsthis role requires consistent travel and a willingness to adapt to dynamic shooting environments.
  • Manage your own production schedule, including gear preparation, shot planning, and file organization, to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
  • Maintain professional conduct and represent Lee's Air with integrity in every customer-facing interaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1 year of professional videography experience or an equivalent portfolio demonstrating strong technical and creative skills.
  • Solid command of video production fundamentals, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong storytelling instinctsyou know how to take raw footage and shape it into something audiences actually want to watch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you work just as well with a crew as you do independently.
  • Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record; must be willing and able to travel throughout the Fresno area and broader Lee's Air locations on a regular basis.
  • Comfortable working in varied, sometimes unpredictable environments (job sites, residential homes, outdoor events).
  • Experience with social media content creation and an understanding of platform-specific video formats is a strong plus.
