We have been in business for 100 years and are leaders in the Commercial Outdoor Decor industry. We distribute holiday decorations, banners, and flags to municipalities, non-profits, and corporations throughout the United States. We work hard, taking pride in the quality products and the superior customer service that has made us a leader in our field.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, refurbishment activities, and staff coordination. This role ensures accurate documentation, efficient workflow, and a safe, organized warehouse environment, especially during high-volume seasonal periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including loading/unloading, storage, and product movement
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and updates in systems
  • Oversee refurbishment of holiday decor, ensuring quality, labeling, and tracking accuracy
  • Print and manage work orders, pull tickets, installation copies, and warehouse documents
  • Maintain and update warehouse and installation data sheets
  • Support scheduling and coordination of service calls and warehouse projects
  • Assist Warehouse Manager in directing staff and assigning daily tasks
  • Train and support warehouse employees on procedures and safety standards
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Communicate with operations and sales to ensure accurate inventory and job information

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Sage preferred)
  • Problem-solving and time management skills
  • Forklift experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Box truck experience
  • Some travel required but limited
