SUMMARY
An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Field Supervisor will function as the operations dept leader responsible for day to day leadership of the operations department. This includes lighting technicians, lighting installation preparations, quality control, schedule, and customer communications. Candidate must have high energy, passion for customer service, and outstanding leadership and motivational skills. This is a role that is 90% in the field working hands on on projects while serving as a resource for other technicians. Success in this role will lead to other opportunities in the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead a team of technicians ensuring all jobs are completed with high quality and on time on a daily basis
  • Work with different technicians each day on lighting installations
  • Organize installation schedule each day and prep load outs
  • Communicate with Clients both during installation hours and after hours as needed
  • Motivate and Train all technicians
  • Communicate succinctly and clearly with the GM as needed daily and weekly to ensure all jobs are completed to the OLP Standard and On time

  • Outstanding Leadership and Organizational Skills
  • Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
  • Makes a good first impression by being well-groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people

  • Excellent technical acumen - outdoor lighting or low voltage acumen highly valued
  • Attention to detail and respect for our customer's property

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE
  • Leadership Skills/Supervisory Experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ideal candidate will have outdoor lighting or low voltage electrical experience. Electricians are highty valued
