Hi! We are seeking a dedicated and EXPERIENCED Outdoor Shift Supervisor to join our team at Karina Lakefront Maintenance. As the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the field staff (teams), leading a team, and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to both the company and clients. Proficiency in Jobber, CompanyCam, Google Maps, GMail and Excel is essecial for this role.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Supervise and coordinate outdoor operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of outdoor workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring proper allocation of resources and workload.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and meet goals.
  • Utilize Jobber, Company Cam, Google Maps, Gmail, and Excel to manage work orders, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee work progress, provide guidance, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Perform follow-up herbicide sprays if determined necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with teams and office staff, addressing their inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in outdoor operations or a related field.
  • Possess a Restricted Use Pesticide Application license in aquatics or obtain within six (6) months of employment.
  • Proficient in using Jobber, Company Cam, Google Maps, Gmail, and Excel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
