Production Manager โ€“ Residential Maintenance

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production Manager specializing in Residential Maintenance to lead and optimize our maintenance operations. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential maintenance projects, ensuring highโ€‘quality service delivery while maintaining safety, efficiency, and costโ€‘effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of residential landscaping maintenance teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications.
  • Develop and implement operational schedules and processes to optimize productivity and timely task completion.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources, including crew members, equipment, and materials, to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate landscaping crews, providing training, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to Milosiโ€™s quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Identify and address productionโ€‘related issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage resource utilization for efficient operations.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety briefings and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Report on operational progress, project completion, and resource usage to senior management.
