Outdoor Maintenance Foreman

River Heights Outdoor Solutions is hiring 2 Outdoor Maintenance Foremen to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking leaders who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and know how to lead a small crew.

As an Outdoor Maintenance Foreman, you will lead a crew of 2 to 3 team members and help ensure our properties are maintained safely, efficiently, and to high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with outdoor maintenance experience and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a crew of 2 to 3 employees
  • Perform and oversee lawn care and outdoor maintenance services
  • Complete tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, and general groundskeeping
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Train crew members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures
  • Inspect work areas and identify maintenance needs
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed correctly
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, and inventory

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license required
