Maintenance Technician (Temporary) ๏ฟฝ Junipine (Sedona, AZ)
We are seeking a full-time (Temporary) Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community in Sedona, AZ. We're offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall, maintenance experience is necessary.
Experience:
๏ฟฝ1-2 years of building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred, but not required
๏ฟฝGreat customer service skills
๏ฟฝExcellent problem-solving skills
๏ฟฝExperience in a residential community (Preferred)
๏ฟฝFlexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays, etc., and response to after-hours emergency calls
๏ฟฝHVAC and Pool Certification is a Plus (Preferred)
Job Duties:
๏ฟฝDaily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to the supervisor.
๏ฟฝPerform basic mechanical, electrical, and building - Vendor scheduling and monitoring
๏ฟฝMaintenance of common areas, maintaining the Work Order database
๏ฟฝKeep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
๏ฟฝPerform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
๏ฟฝIdentify and report any safety issues to management.
Qualifications:
๏ฟฝ Bilingual preferred but not required.
๏ฟฝ Position involves standing and movement throughout the day. Must be able to transport oneself around the property.
๏ฟฝ Position will alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and proper lighting to and outdoors
setting with variable climate and lighting.
๏ฟฝ Must be able to lift heavy loads utilizing safe work methods.
๏ฟฝ Able to lift 75 pounds or more.
๏ฟฝ Valid state driver's license.
๏ฟฝ High School Diploma or equivalent.
๏ฟฝ 1 year maintenance experience.
