This is a Full-Time position


Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm


Work Location: In-person / On-site


We provide all of the necessary equipment


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality, high-volume digital photographs and videos of all dealership inventory (lifted trucks, cars, etc.) for online presentation and marketing materials.
  • Photo Editing and Processing: Utilize photo editing software (such as Adobe Lightroom, experience is a plus) to crop, adjust color, correct lighting, and prepare images for upload to the company website and third-party listings, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Equipment Management: Operate and maintain camera, lighting, and related equipment provided by the company, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Workflow Efficiency: Manage the photo and video process efficiently to meet strict daily and weekly deadlines for new inventory.
  • Vehicle Presentation and Movement: Prepare and stage vehicles for photography, ensuring they are clean and visually appealing. This includes driving and maneuvering vehicles across the lot, specifically moving trucks and other inventory to and from the photo booths safely.
  • Collaboration: Work in a team environment, coordinating with the inventory, sales, and marketing departments.
  • Independent Work: Work independently to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively while enjoying working outdoors.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have attention to detail

  • Adobe Lightroom and Studio Lighting experience a plus but not required
  • Automotive Photographer: 1 year highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and kneel for extended periods while photographing vehicles in a variety of indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry camera and lighting equipment, up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate camera equipment, adjust settings, and handle vehicle keys.
  • Visual acuity to ensure high-quality photo and video capture, including close-up, distance, color vision, and depth perception.
  • Ability to enter, exit, and maneuver around various sizes and types of vehicles.
  • Must have the physical capability to perform a full-time, in-person schedule, which may require prolonged periods of standing and walking across the dealership lot.
