We are seeking a Lead Carpenter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building decks, porches and sunrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Building our outdoor structures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience on our job site.
  • Experience managing and leading a crew.
  • Handle a diverse range of tasks from reading plans, ordering material, planning upcoming projects, to customer communication.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in reading blue prints, carpentry and remodeling.
  • Friendly, positive, customer service oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work and walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven, slippery ground, capacity to physically lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
