Skills Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in landscaping, sales, client service, or related field.
  • Enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and has strong organizational ability.

  • Ability to work with other team members in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.

Job Description:
  • Provide consistent and frequent communication with customers, so as to ensure strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct site visits to connect with clients, aid in the consultation and development of installation and enhancement projects, or landscape maintenance needs.
  • Provide calculated estimates for clients as needed.
  • Establish effective lines of communication between the client, sales, design, and the production team to ensure seamless transition from one customer step to the next.
  • Follow up with clients post-project to ensure customer satisfaction, quality, and neighborhood referrals.
