Creative Landscaping & Design is an industry-leading, professional outdoor landscaping firm specializing in custom landscape design, installation, and ongoing landscape services. We have been creating and maintaining inspiring and sophisticated outdoor spaces for 50 years throughout Southwest Michigan. We are located near Lake Michigan in beautiful St. Joseph, Michigan.

We are hiring for a Licensed Landscape Architect to join our team!

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual starting salary between $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience, plus opportunities for bonus! We also offer: holiday pay, retirement savings (IRA + company match), company uniforms, employee discount purchase benefits, best-in-class equipment and facilities, fun events and celebrations and a family atmosphere!

Requirements for our Landscape Architect:

  • Must possess a current Landscape Architecture license;
  • 3-5+ years of experience with landscape architecture and design;
  • A demonstrated understanding of landscape design principles;
  • Experience with SketchUp, LandFX, AutoCAD, Lumion and/or similar landscape design software;
  • Understanding of zoning and permitting requirements;
  • Knowledge of products and materials, as well as grading and drainage.
