The company specializes in waterfront estates, rooftop pools, hospitality destinations, and high-end residential towers, integrating architecture, landscape, water, fire, wellness, and lifestyle into cohesive outdoor spaces. CPS Outdoors manages projects from concept through completion, providing a single-source partner for complex outdoor design and construction. Clients include homeowners, architects, landscape architects, developers, hospitality groups, and estate managers seeking extraordinary, well-crafted outdoor environments.

Role Description The Pool Service/Technician Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and performance of pools and related outdoor water features. This role includes planning and supervising daily service schedules, coordinating field technicians, and ensuring all pools meet safety, cleanliness, and performance standards. The manager will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, organize repairs, and maintain accurate service records and inventories. They will also interact with clients on-site, address service requests, provide status updates, and help uphold CPS Outdoors’ quality and customer experience standards. The role involves collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure proper handoff of new pools into ongoing service and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills, including routine pool care and equipment servicing.
  • Candidates should possess Troubleshooting abilities for identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and water-quality issues.
  • Candidates should possess Field Service experience managing on-site work, scheduling, and coordination of service technicians.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for communicating with clients, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
  • Candidates should possess general Maintenance skills related to pumps, filtration systems, chemical balancing, and pool infrastructure.
  • Experience supervising or leading service teams in pool, spa, or related industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of pool chemistry, health and safety regulations, and relevant local codes is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., service apps, email, spreadsheets) are valuable.
