Project Manager/Site Superintendent - Residential Construction

Artisan Outdoor Craftsman is a residential construction company specializing in high-end outdoor living spaces, including custom decks, pergolas, pool houses, and home additions. We are committed to quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and delivering an excellent experience for our clients.


We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion.


Job Details
  • Location: Fishers, IN (local travel to job sites required)
  • Job Type: Full-time, W-2
  • Pay: $70,000-$80,000 per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities
  • Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall progress
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal team members
  • Identify and resolve job site issues to keep projects on track
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local/state regulations
  • Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure project quality and completion
Qualifications
