The Rhonda Murdock Insurance Agency is hiring a Telemarketing / Lead Transfer Specialist to help generate new insurance quotes by connecting prospective customers directly with our licensed agents.

Your job is simple: start the conversation, qualify interest, and transfer the call to a licensed agent for a quote.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Introduce our agency and insurance savings opportunities
• Identify interested prospects
Transfer qualified callers directly to a licensed agent for a quote
• Track call activity and lead notes

What We're Looking For

• Confident, professional phone voice
• High energy and positive attitude
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Ability to quickly engage prospects
• Telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred
