Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this hands-on role, youll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and material handling. Youll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting overall operational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and proven experience operating a Double Deep Raymond Reach Truck, to effectively navigate and support a fast-paced distribution environment. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical driving and order picking assessment

Key Responsibilities


Order Picking & Fulfillment

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Use RF scanners and/or pick lists to locate, verify, and stage products (Business Central/Warehouse Insights)
  • Perform palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging of outbound shipments
  • Replenish pick locations and support cycle counts and inventory accuracy

Shipping & Receiving

  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
  • Verify quantities and condition of incoming goods against documentation
  • Stage and organize orders for shipping
  • Support documentation and basic shipping processes as required (BOL, Customs, Packing slip)

Forklift Operation

  • Operate both Counterbalance Forklift and Double Deep Raymond Reach
    Truck safely and efficiently
  • Move materials across warehouse, racking, and dock areas
  • Follow all safety procedures, load securement practices, and equipment guidelines
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues

General Warehouse Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all TEMP AID SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed


Qualifications


  • Valid forklift certifications for Counterbalance and Double Deep Raymond Reach (required)
  • Demonstrated, recent experience operating a Double Deep Raymond Reach Truck is essential for success in this role
  • Proven experience in order picking within a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical work throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
