Job description

If you like communicating with people, you can be successful. Our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for managing project and closing customers via phone and email. You build customer rapport and remain customer contact through completion of the project. All the tools needed are in place and ready. (ZoHo CRM and Zoom Info)

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell Exterior & Interior Signage to new and existing customers
  • Handle inbound, prospect calls and convert into sales
  • Make outbound calls for proposal follow-up
  • Deliver and explain signage proposal to prospect.
  • Propose pricing and content provided by support team
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments on projects
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows and exhibits
  • Attending periodic sales training where applicable
