SUMMARY:


The Production & Logistics Support role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process. This role is primarily responsible for feeding raw and sub-materials to the production floor, managing warehouse inventory, and handling forklift operations for inbound and outbound shipments, while coordinating closely with the SCM team. It also involves operating forklifts to support overall material flow, helping maintain production efficiency and inventory accuracy.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  • Organize, store, and rotate finished products in the designated warehouse areas.
     Coordinate daily outbound shipments to external warehouses, including CJ Middle Warerhouse.
  • Accurately prepare shipment documents and labels for outgoing products.
     Communicate with the SCM team to align on daily and weekly shipping schedules.
     Update and maintain shipping logs, documents, and the inventory system (SAP).
  • Operate forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods in a safe and efficient manner.
     Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, verifying quantity and quality against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Prepare and deliver materials to production areas according to daily production schedules.
     Monitor and report inventory discrepancies, material damages, or shortages to the Production Manager.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and participate in routine physical inventory counts.


QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Forklift certification and hands-on forklift operation experience required.
  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
