We are responsible for the efficient on-time delivery of lululemon product and shipments. Our team supports stores, strategic partners, community teams, online guests and others by coordinating domestic, cross border, and international shipments in North America and beyond. core responsibilities Support the Outbound Logistics Management team in developing and delivering robust logistics solutions and ensure they are appropriately implemented Identify improvement initiatives to resolve issues, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve flow of goods Lead selected projects to successful implementation, including meeting stated objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner Oversee flow of product for one or more channels including retail, omni, wholesale or freight Develop, and support a team of logistics specialists Have a working knowledge of our stores and engage with stores as well as our retail and omni leadership Support business initiatives as a department expert and manage the team's involvement and requirements Obtain and analyze carrier rates and service options to best support business requirements Work directly with logistics providers to ensure shipments are delivered on-time and in accordance with service level agreements Partner with logistics analysts and take deep dives into data sets, analyzing KPI's, trends, and the makeup of our network Report on key department initiatives and performance metrics collaborate with cross-functional partners on process improvements and new services including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training guides Maintain and foster positive working relationships with vendors and business partners by regularly attending business connection calls and meetings Have a working knowledge of international shipping including documentation requirements, modes of transportation, and financial impacts Know and take on your team's tasks when necessary Be a great communicator both verbally and written qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics and supply chain related field with clear understanding of truck, air, and ocean procedures and documentation requirements. Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team Strong analytical and investigative skills with a high degree of curiosity and the desire to do more than is expected. Proven work ethic with a strong desire to excel and succeed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong working knowledge of PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Encourage and foster a spirit of personal development and entrepreneurship. Outgoing, energetic, upbeat and fun.

compensation and benefits package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$87,700 - $115,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
