This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

About The Role: As the DC Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead a team of Supervisors and associates to meet and exceed performance goals. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. High Base Pay and bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and manage personnel to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Mentor and coach Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Utilize data and performance metrics for root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to uphold policies and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of operations management experience in logistics or distribution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
  • Open to shift work
