Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in Dallas, TX to manage inbound and outbound customer communications, schedule service appointments, maintain email requests, and ensure timely daily invoicing. This role is responsible for keeping customer accounts updated, preparing technicians’ work schedules, and tracking job completion to ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with technicians, support scheduling adjustments as needed, and help maintain high-quality performance in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and navigating multiple systems.
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
