Our team connects with prospective and existing patients to help them take the next step in their health and weight-loss journeys. • Use approved scripts while keeping conversations natural and personalized.

  • Document patient interactions and follow-up activity in our CRM/EHR systems.

  • Participate in outbound campaigns and patient outreach initiatives.

  • Meet individual appointment-setting, productivity, and conversion goals.

  • Stay organized and keep up with patient follow-ups.

  • Maintain professionalism when speaking with hesitant, frustrated, or difficult callers.
