About the Role As our Outbound Caller , you'll be the key point of contact for our partner storesโ€”ensuring they receive exceptional support and consistent follow-up. You'll handle outbound communication, gather valuable feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to partner stores to follow up on recent interactions, orders, or concerns, fostering positive and professional relationships. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing store inquiries and ensuring all concerns are acknowledged and resolved. Act as a liaison between stores and internal teams, facilitating timely communication and problem resolution.

Collect and document store feedback on products, services, and processes; share insights with relevant departments for improvement. Accurately record and update call outcomes and feedback in the CRM system. Generate regular reports summarizing feedback, issues, and trends to support strategic planning.

Identify opportunities to optimize the follow-up process and enhance communication efficiency. What We're Looking For 1โ€“2 years of experience in outbound calling, customer service, or account management (BPO or e-commerce experience is a plus). Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation with proven relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
