We're a small marketing company that helps local service businesses — plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, and contractors — grow their reviews and customer base. We're looking for a friendly, dependable outbound caller to reach these business owners and introduce them to a free, personalized tool we've built for their business.
This is a warm, low-pressure calling role — not aggressive sales. You'll follow up with business owners, deliver a short and simple script, and point interested owners to a personalized web page. You won't be responsible for closing sales; interested prospects are handed off to our team. Your job is to sound warm, friendly, and professional, and to get business owners to take a quick look.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to a provided list of local businesses
- Deliver a brief, friendly script and direct prospects to a personalized web page
- Answer simple questions and note who's interested
- Log call outcomes and pass interested leads to the team
- Keep a steady, consistent pace during your shifts
What We're Looking For
- US-based, with clear and natural-sounding American English
- A warm, approachable, professional phone manner
- Reliable and self-directed, comfortable being on the phone throughout a shift
- Experience in appointment setting, sales development, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus — but not required
- Quiet workspace and reliable internet
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay plus a bonus for each interested lead
- Flexible, part-time hours to start, with room to grow for the right person
How to Apply

Please record yourself reading the line below and include it with your application — you can use your phone's voice memo app, or a free site like Vocaroo.com and share the link:

Applicants who include a voice sample will be prioritized. Please also share your hourly rate and your availability.
