Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely shipments to more than 600 dealer locations while maintaining lean operational standards. This role focuses on shipping coordination, order management, troubleshooting warehouse issues, and administrative support, while serving as a resource for warehouse associates and promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is not a material handling position and involves minimal lifting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipping activities to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Utilize Manhattan WMS and other internal systems to manage warehouse operations.
  • Wave, prioritize, and monitor orders to meet customer commitments.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, including label reprints, order shortages, and put wall discrepancies.
  • Perform shipment-related administrative tasks, including invoice verification and documentation review.
  • Partner with transportation providers to confirm shipment details and schedules.
  • Conduct random backchecks of outbound shipments to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and support lean improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors, coworkers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to warehouse associates while reinforcing safety and operational standards.
  • Follow all required safety protocols, including wearing steel toe shoes and safety glasses.
