ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview

The Brand Marketing Manager translates portfolio strategy into actionable campaigns that drive demand, strengthen brand positioning, and support revenue goals.

Property Marketing Ownership
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with portfolio strategy.
  • Own monthly campaign calendars and promotional timelines.
  • Translate occupancy forecasts into marketing activation plans.
  • Partner with property teams to support need periods.
  • Present marketing performance updates to property leadership teams.
Campaign Strategy + Execution
  • Lead development of seasonal offers, packages, and promotional messaging.
  • Ensure alignment across websites, emails, paid media, and social channels.
  • Review creative adaptation to reflect Outbound brand standards.
  • Coordinate programming promotion with Heads of Culture & Experiences.
Digital + Channel Management
  • Own website updates, landing page builds and content updates.
  • Audit OTA listings and third-party profiles for brand consistency.
  • Manage email planning, calendar, segmentation, and execution.
  • Partner with digital agency on paid media strategy, budgets and performance reporting.
Brand Governance
  • Ensure all marketing aligns with Outbound brand pillars and positioning.
  • Enforce brand identity standards across creative assets.
  • Maintain consistency across multi-property storytelling and voice.
Programming + Experience Integration
  • Support marketing for property Signature Experiences and activations.
  • Develop promotional toolkits for property events and partnerships.
  • Align event marketing with seasonal content themes and revenue goals.
Performance + Reporting
  • Own property level marketing dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Analyze performance across paid, organic, web and email channels.
  • Deliver monthly performance insights and action recommendations.
Work Environment
  • Full-time, on-site role at CoralTree Hospitality offices in Englewood, CO.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to Outbound collection hotels.
  • When on property, be comfortable with content capture, possible guest interactions, and providing event support if needed.
  • This role will collaborate with property leaders + stakeholders, including the General Manager, Head of Culture & Experiences, Revenue Management, Sales, Digital Agencies and Partners.
  • This role reports directly to the Area Director of Marketing, Outbound Hotels/CoralTree Hospitality.

Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of marketing experience in hospitality, travel or lifestyle brands.
  • Multi-property or regional marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, digital funnels, and attribution.
  • Experience managing agency partners.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently as the marketing leader for multiple properties.
