Under direct supervision, the Key position supports front-of-house team members and management by maintaining restaurant standards, fostering positive Guest and team experiences, and ensuring effective internal communication. This role requires a leader with a "whatever it takes" attitude, dedicated to helping the management team, team members, and Guests achieve daily quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
  • Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
  • Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
  • Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
  • Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
  • Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities

Minimum Requirements:


  • Certified in all front-of-house functions
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States


Preferred Requirements:


  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry
  • Previously held positions of leadership
