As a Service Manager - VG Dedicated you will coordinate and oversees work with Venture Global. Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities. Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used. Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators. May evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.

As a Service Manager - VG Dedicated, you will be responsible for:

  • Assuring flawless outage execution while leading the highest levels of Safety and Quality performance.

  • Ensuring on-time outage delivery, resolving customer issues, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and best-in-class service.

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular site visits, outage preparation meetings, and post-outage reviews.

  • Managing and driving outage execution activities, including planned, emergent, and upgrade outages.

  • Overseeing outage scope of work development, preparation, scheduling, cost management, productivity tracking, and execution from start to finish.

  • Coordinating resource selection, including Field Service Engineers (FSEs), craft labor, contractors, suppliers, tooling, logistics, and mobilization planning.

  • Reviewing Job Cost Estimates (JCEs), tracking outage costs, conducting outage reconciliations, and facilitating pre- and post-outage customer meetings.

  • Implementing lessons learned and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) improvements following outage completion.

  • Supporting outage scoping activities, site surveys, equipment condition checks, and preliminary safety and risk assessments.

  • Ensuring all execution documentation is prepared, reviewed, maintained, and delivered, including SQCPs, Field Procedures, Quality Procedures, HSE documentation, FME records, and Customer Outage Reports.

  • Utilizing systems and applications such as Primavera P6, MS Project, FAP, Oracle Field Services, and Field Services Portal for outage planning and execution.

  • Responding promptly to forced outages and emergency situations, investigating and escalating issues as needed to restore operations safely and efficiently.

  • Coordinating fulfillment activities related to Customer Service Agreements, Time and Material projects, Component Repair, and Accessory Shop operations.

  • Working closely with repair shops and operational teams to resolve issues, represent customer needs in production meetings, and communicate status updates.

  • Reviewing business options for profitability, contractual compliance, policy adherence, and innovative approaches to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Completing customer and internal documentation and coordinating customer visits, shop reviews, and program reviews as required.

  • Communicating across the organization and presenting technical and operational updates to senior leadership teams.

  • Applying technical expertise and sound judgment to select appropriate project management and execution approaches.

  • Managing diverse customers across the region while supporting commercial discussions and customer-specific requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Functional Management.

  • Have experience working with rotating equipment.

  • Demonstrate the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Be able to analyze complex situations and resolve problems effectively.
