About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities/Technology Technician to lead equipment maintenance and technology operations across our Nevada restaurant locations. This role blends hands-on care of commercial cooking equipment with tech-savvy troubleshooting, ensuring our kitchens and systems run smoothly from Carson City/Hawthorne to Elko/Ely.


Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Equipment

  • Lead and maintain commercial cooking equipment to golden standards across all NV restaurants

  • Direct and complete preventative maintenance on all equipment

  • Order and ensure availability of parts and equipment

  • Partner with Operations and Facilities Supervisor for new or updated equipment needs

  • Communicate equipment standards and updates to restaurant teams

  • Utilize and update the company’s work order system; maintain inventory of parts and tools

Technology & Systems
  • Complete Technology Travel Paths 

  • Install and update technology hardware and software 

  • Monitor, prioritize, and complete open support tickets

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently

  • Open and complete any required work associated with support tickets

  • Attend necessary trainings, meetings, and conferences

  • Stay current with hardware/software processes via the OTP Portal

  • Track, develop, and train Field OTPs

  • Manage and audit hardware inventory

  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with both field and office staff
