Compensation: $15.15/hr

Job Summary:

Seeking reliable and efficient Parking Attendants to manage parking operations during evening events. Parking Attendants are responsible for maintaining the safety, organization, and efficiency of designated parking areas while minimizing traffic congestion. This role includes directing vehicles to parking spaces and entrances, assisting guests with parking-related questions, maintaining the cleanliness of parking areas, and reporting suspicious activities or incidents.

Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and able to work effectively in various weather conditions. They provide excellent customer service while helping guests locate parking, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring smooth traffic flow throughout events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage parking areas to ensure optimal use of available spaces.
  • Direct incoming vehicles to designated parking areas and spaces.
  • Manage the safe and efficient entry and exit of vehicles.
  • Assist customers with locating their vehicles.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing parking-related information.
  • Maintain a safe and clean parking environment by removing trash and debris.
  • Monitor parking areas and report suspicious activities, safety concerns, or incidents to security personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of parking occupancy and usage, as required.
  • Communicate parking policies, event information, and directions to guests.
  • Assist with traffic control to maintain efficient vehicle flow during events.

Education, Skill & Work Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, often in extreme heat
  • Good physical condition and stamina
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended period
