Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Transaction Services Administrator include, but are not limited to, the following:

Engaged Teams - Partnering and communicating with certification staff as appropriate to verify compliance with program and OTCO records; accuracy of data entry and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with OTCO policy and applicable regulations; working within multiple systems to issue and record transaction certification documentation; ensuring appropriate billing for transaction certificates by providing monthly updates and billing information to the Finance department; and assisting the Finance department with follow-up communications as appropriate.

Empowered Clients - Providing timely and transparent service by responding to client requests for transaction certificates and managing the exports@tilth.org email; answering questions and providing excellent support and customer service to clients regarding shipment requirements; tracking receipt of supporting documents; and ensuring overall consistency with OTCO records.

Exemplary Leadership - Demonstrating knowledge sharing through maintenance of current training materials and procedures; assisting with updates and training opportunities for all transaction certificate platforms; and role modeling diversity, equity and inclusion.
