Job description

  • Executes all assignments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversees-supervises all assigned personnel to insure proper and efficient execution of tasks and responsibilities as defined by contract terms, conditions and statement of work.
  • Participates in all scheduled training, complies with company, customer, safety and related guidelines.
  • Responsible for compliance to Danielle's Law and all other criteria as dictated by company policy or contract conditions.
  • Provide technical training on equipment, MSDS information, incidents/accidents, and any other relevant in-service training to laborers and client workers.
  • Timely and factual communication with appropriate contract, GCD and OTC staff.
  • Timely completion of required paperwork such as vehicle inspection checklist, time study related paperwork and other pertinent documents.
  • Transport individuals with disabilities to and from various work/contract assignments throughout the work shift.
  • Reports any needed maintenance of vehicles.
  • Follows cleaning schedules and completes assigned work.
  • Report all deficiencies, personnel incidents, property damage or other significant events to Project or Assistant Project Manager.
  • Maintain quality control of all assigned buildings.
  • Maintains key control of all issued keys.
  • Monitor employee work attire
  • Willingly and effectively cooperates with OTC, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request.
  • Perform any other assigned duties required by Project/Assistant Project Manager related to regulations outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Schedule is M-F 3pm-10pm in Mount Holly, NJ!
