Job description

Our client is a global marine manufacturing company servicing navigation and communication on vessels worldwide. They are seeking a motivated Counter Sales and Inventory Specialist to join their team in Seattle, WA.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complete inventory accuracy through order reconciliation, physical counts, adjustments, and ongoing recordkeeping.
- Research and source hard-to-find items online to fulfill specific customer requests.
- Inspect incoming parts and materials against purchase orders and requisitions to confirm accuracy.
- Respond promptly and knowledgeably to spare parts and equipment inquiries.
- Expand over-the-counter (OTC) sales while hitting established revenue and profit targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to replenish stock and process purchase orders.
- Keep parts inventory and storage areas organized, labeled, and easy to navigate.
Job Requirements -
- 3 + years of inventory control and/or stockroom experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in engaging with the local community.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
- College degree or equivalent hands-on work experience preferred.
