Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the implementation of a global OT domain supporting IT/OT separation, improved security, and centralized identity management in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on strengthening OT authentication, authorization, and infrastructure resilience, while enabling integration with enterprise IAM (MyAccess) and reducing reliance on legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of OT infrastructure projects supporting IT/OT domain separation
  • Implement a global OT domain architecture aligned with security standards
  • Improve and standardize authentication and authorization controls in OT
  • Enable centralized OT user and resource management integrated with IAM (MyAccess)
  • Remove dependencies on legacy and end-of-life systems to increase resilience
  • Manage stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security
  • Control project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, IT security, and regulatory standards
  • Provide executive reporting and lead steering committee meetings
  • Maintain project documentation and governance standards
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years in IT/OT Infrastructure Project Management
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT architecture, security, and identity management
  • Experience with OT domain implementations and IAM integration
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, data centers)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, FDA)
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
  • Fluent in English
