  • Serve as the escalation point for complex infrastructure, identity, and cloud incidents, providing advanced diagnostics and resolution support.
  • Configure, manage, and secure Microsoft 365 services, including licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune/Configuration Manager, and AI/Copilot capabilities.
  • Apply cloud security controls such as Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC) in accordance with Zero Trust, NIST, and IEC 62443 frameworks.
  • Lead and support cloud migration initiatives for email, files, servers, and applications within manufacturing and critical infrastructure environments.
  • Support hybrid network architectures, including segmentation, subnetting, routing, DNS, and firewall policies across corporate and industrial networks.
  • Implement and support secure connectivity solutions such as VPNs, private endpoints, ExpressRoute, and SD-WAN to enable secure IT/OT data integration.
  • Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and security using Azure monitoring platforms and remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud, identity, and infrastructure incidents affecting managed IT/OT environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and industrial customers to explain technical solutions and align expectations.
  • Analyze complex hybrid IT/OT issues, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address interdependencies.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving technologies, industry standards, and vendor roadmaps to support ongoing improvement and scalability.

Required Qualifications
