Aspira Spa Concierge
Job Description
The Spa Concierge is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, providing orientation to the spa facilities, and ensuring the highest level of personalized service throughout each visit. This position maintains the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all guest areas, monitors locker room amenities, and assists with daily spa operations. The Spa Concierge also promotes spa services and retail offerings, responds promptly and professionally to guest needs, and helps uphold the luxury standards and Four-Diamond service experience that defines Aspira Spa.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Issue spa lockers, robes and slippers to guests and then escort guests to their lockers
  • Provide orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests' questions
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the changing rooms/facility area
  • Stock changing room supplies and amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets
  • Fold and restock laundry for the spa, including towels, sheets, and robes
  • Review guest appointment/schedules as needed
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
  • Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
  • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in Wellness or Hospitality Industry preferred
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Able to lift, carry, and move supplies (up to 40 pounds) and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to learn quickly and accurately
  • Enjoy working with people and have a friendly, professional, and positive personality
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
