Job description

Position Summary: The Full-Time 21st CCLC Program Director will oversee all aspects of the 21st

CCLC program including program implementation, compliance, budgeting, staffing, evaluation,

partnerships, and continuous improvement. The Director will ensure all grant requirements are met while

supporting high-quality academic and enrichment programming for students and families.


Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in education, administration, social

services, or related field. Experience in program management, grant administration, staff supervision, and

family/community engagement preferred.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the 21st CCLC afterschool and summer programs.

· Supervise program staff, tutors, and volunteers.

· Coordinate program schedules, transportation, meals, and student services.

· Ensure compliance with OSDE and federal grant requirements.

· Manage grant budgets, expenditures, and reporting through GMS.

· Collaborate with school administration, teachers, families, and community partners.

· Organize and facilitate staff professional development and YPQA implementation.

· Monitor attendance, student outcomes, and program effectiveness.

· Coordinate family engagement activities and Advisory Committee meetings.

· Prepare continuation reports, evaluation documents, and required data submissions.


Work Schedule: Full-time position: evenings, summer programming, and family engagement events.
